CHWWs aim to create a more connected community, especially for those with the greatest needs.
Life can be tough sometimes. You might be feeling isolated, dealing with stress, or struggling to access services. That’s where we come in. Our goal is simple, to help people feel healthier, happier, and more connected in the community. Whether you're looking for support, want to get involved, or are just curious about what we do, this page is for you.
We listen, offer practical advice, and connect you to the right people and places. Sometimes it’s a quick conversation that points you in the right direction. Other times, we’ll walk alongside you over a longer period to help you feel more in control.
Support is always free, friendly, and based on what matters most to you.
We also help the system, by providing trained and supported workforce quickly and with less red tape. We train, integrate, deploy and support staff. We’re not an agency. We employ our team directly, and integrate them into primary care and the community.

We link patients to a wide range of local services and support groups

Want to give something back? We’d love to hear from you.
We welcome volunteers who want to help out in their local community, and it's a great way to meet people, build confidence, and learn new skills.
You might support events, offer your time at a drop-in, or help connect people to local groups. No experience needed, just a kind attitude and a willingness to get involved.
We’ll need to get information from you, like a CV, copy of your passport, DBS, and go through some small formalities, but that’s just part of our safeguarding and HR processes.
If you're interested in exploring the support we may be able to offer or in volunteering, please feel free to get in touch.
